A Blog Awakens – Episode I
Testing 1..2…Hi there! Welcome to our new website and blog! Like most businesses, the past few years had us scrambling to “pivot,” but we have made it through and helped our clients, local businesses, and community stay #renostrong. We will be celebrating our 17th year in business this August, and we are excited to keep you current with our take on current brand trends and client brand launches.
First things first, we have moved! Our new office is in the Riverwalk District at 200 West Liberty Street.
Secondly, we are excited to share that our team has grown! A few of our team members just celebrated some recent milestones. Jackal Reyes has just celebrated two years with the company. Bailey Allen and Ericha Eberhart just passed one year with Design on Edge, and Rowena Piñero will be capping off our team with a one-year anniversary this May. Meet our newest creative team member, Avery McFarlin, whose focus is on communications and social media.
Last but certainly not least, we are honored to announce that we won 9 ADDY awards in the past year, two national design awards featured on GD USA, and a few AMA awards for web design, branding, and illustration. Together Design on Edge received the creative contributions award from the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and the Community commitment award from the Reno Chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Owner and chief Creative Courtney Meredith was recognized as Marketer of the Year in 2022 by the American Marketing Association, and this May will be recognized as the Alumni of the Year by the Truckee Meadows Community College. Thank you to our amazing clients for trusting us with their vision and to the American Advertising Federation for the recognition.
